I'm giving my raw denim its second wash, which is always nerve wracking. But it means I'm wearing different jeans for the first time in ages, and it's hilarious how my Levis LVC 1954 501s feel like wearing thin cotton pants in comparison to 14oz Nudie Jeans denim.

I'm going on a flight with my toddler soon, and for complicated reasons we're on different booking numbers. For some reason I find it so funny that Qantas is sending her emails asking if she'd like to upgrade to business class with points or cash. Ma'am, she's busy running a wood chip cafe.

DHL sending you a map so you can track the driver around is fascinating. This guy has been driving in the blocks around my apartment for 5hrs since I got the notification my delivery would be soon. His route appears to be random, rather them efficient, because he's had to double back so many times

I wish there was a setting in Apple Music where you could opt out of AI generated music. There should also be a little icon marking which music is generated and which isn't. Use whatever slop tools you want, but give me the option to opt out of having to sit through it.

Every day people get to experience something for the first time, learn something new, & discover something you took for granted as common knowledge. The main way in which AI has negatively impacted games industry jobs is not through actual automation of those jobs or even untrue claims about automation. It's by making capital unavailable because it's tied up in AI investments while also destroying the consumer base for video game hardware.
