I started working on a monochrome coloring book (by a real person, not AI) to battle my ever-present, ADHD-fueled "doing two things at once, both poorly"itis. Turns out that working on it is fucking up my neck/trapezius muscles, hence fucking up my sleep, making my ADHD worse. This feels unfair.

About to watch Project Hail Mary, which I heard when it was released b/c @realrayporter.bsky.social is the best audiobook narrator ever (see: his work on 14) and then there is his wonderful face in the previews!!!! I have problematic vestibular issues; I take 3 different meds before flying and it still makes me super naseous. Then there was turbulence... so to the lady who got mad at me for standing when the seat belt light went off & folk deplaned b/c "what if there's a medical emergency", MA'AM THAT'S ME.

I've had a crush on Harrison Ford my whole life (Indiana Jones, not Han Solo), and Shrinking ... WHY do people not talk about this show the way they did Severance and Ted Lasso? The acting in this show is beyond superb -- everyone seems like they're being their natural selves. It's amazing.
