I have friends who had strokes; it seems to depend on the severity and brain region. Some have struggled for years and others have full & quick recoveries with minimal OT & PT. I realize this may not be the most helpful response, but it is great that you want to learn more & help your coworker!

Teaching AI is not my job. Teaching history is, and more to the point, teaching critical thinking. All these calls to "teach ai" in the classroom treat learning how to use ai as the point of the class, which is the exact opposite of critical thinking. It's teaching students *not* the think.
