Also, I know people hate reading before reporting leaping to conclusions, but if you LOOK AT THE DATA It shows that last month, rents for all properties, 1 bedroom condos and 2 bedroom condos kept going down in Vancouver So what are we looking at? A one-time slight uptick in studios in August.

Specifically, nativism predicts opposition in Canada, racial resentment does the same job in the US, and traditionalism matters in both. Nativism is also the strongest predictor of believing new housing will “harm neighborhood character.” #YIMBY #HousingPolicy #PolSci
