This will not end w/ voting rights. The fundamental premises of these SCOTUS opinions are: 1) Anti-discrimination is actually unconstitutional discrimination; 2) Intentional discrimination isn't actionable if any alternative rationale is presented. It's the beginning of the end of civil rights law.

Standing doctrine has been a joke for years; SCOTUS would leap in to shadow block anyone who tried a direct attack. But a slush fund to pay meritless legal claims screams False Claims Act, and the relator's standing is simply being the whistleblower. Touching that money is like drinking polonium.
