The U.S. now has more measles cases than we’ve seen in 35+ years. Measles didn’t suddenly become harder to prevent. What changed is our relationship with vaccines, public health and expertise. Diseases we once had largely under control can come back.

Lenacapavir is a long-acting HIV prevention option given as just two injections a year. It adds to daily PrEP medication, which can be difficult to maintain due to stigma, access, or adherence challenges. A 2025 partnership is helping turn this innovation into access across 120 countries.
