Bagheera likes to stretch against me, yawn, and do weird love bites (that still hurt) in the morning, but lately his teeth keep landing just inside my nostrils. I think he wants to give me a septum piercing, so if I show up with one, know that it was courtesy of my cat.

If you have it please donate cash to the food banks. $10 in their hands will feed more people than the $10 worth of canned goods you can buy for retail prices. Also check on your elders. Many of them will not admit they rely on these programs so grocery gift cards or a surprise bag of staples

It's Bagheera's 15th birthday!🩷 I love him so much & am so thankful he's made it to 15. Earlier this summer it really seemed unlikely, but he's rallied and I'm just cherishing every day I get with this sweet, goofy, little guy. I'm so proud of him and think he's the cutest in all of time and space.

Apparently @kathrynlynn.tv took this picture of Bagheera when she first met him 14 years ago. He was such a scrawny goof of a kitten. 💖 He had a check-up today and is responding really well to the steroids considering everything going on inside him! Also I FINALLY tested negative today.

Gira is actually doing better than we expected a month ago. I don't want to overstate his condition (we don't know how long he has or if things will suddenly get worse), but he is responding really well to his new diet and medications and has gained back most of the weight he lost.
