wasnt super happy with the visuals of my homebrew channel jirachi multiboot, so i patched all of goppier's english distro roms to work as standalone multiboots (so they can be used with the mb_adv!) github.com/aestellic/GE... might do the items/decorations later too if enough people are interested!

Discord finally confirmed for real when they're rolling out age verification service-wide (tomorrow) and I've not seen a single person make a peep about it

Safer for Teens, Same Discord for Adults

We’re launching a revamped, privacy-focused age assurance solution including methods that won’t require an ID or selfie. Here’s how it works.

I think emulation handhelds are generally very neat it's just when they're designing it and go "How many players are actually going to care about the obscure auxillary features" (GBC infrared, GBA-GameCube connectivity, DS-Wii wireless, etc) it's me, I'm that player

since a lot of people wanted to shiny hunt channel jirachi with the mb_adv, i made a homebrew recreation of the channel jirachi distributor that doesn't rely on the gamecube ^^ github.com/aestellic/Po...

just about finished with the PCB for the mb_adv v0.4! since people were 50/50 between the v0.3a and v0.3b, i made this version with the best features from those two! it has full electrical protections USB-C, is 51x54mm (roughly 2x2in), and will be around $25 :D the first batch will be 15 units!

I wrote an essay about why I'm done using AI for coding, even if it costs me my job and career: brettcodes.com/im-done-usin... The basic gist is: AI made me a worse, apathetic programmer. I think it's bad for humanity, the planet, and the craft of software engineering. And I'm done using it.
