Hi everyone! Post-migration maintenance is done. Sessions, servers, etc., are slowly loading, so don't fret if you can't reach everything yet. The full process should take up to an hour, and then everything should be stable. You probably can connect now.

We need to extend our maintenance window a little bit longer. Our host has been working on the server setup and networking for the few hours but is almost done. I want to say we will be back up within a couple hours, but I'll be increasing our window 4 more hours to be safe. Sorry for the delay. 🙏

Still waiting on the update that the servers are on-route. Jouleworks is running into delays with the colo in getting access to the servers. Our data recovery has completed and we have access to all our data, intact. We're now migrating the data to our new server and once that's complete we'll be coming right back online. Stay tuned!

Hey folks we have some good news! After poking around a bit while preparing from our old snapshot, we found that the attacker only wiped 1 drive and the rest of our ZFS array was intact! We are currently waiting on it to resilver. So, we will have NO DATA LOSS AFTER ALL!!!!! -Phara (so happy)

I really hoped I wouldn't have to make this thread. So at ~3AM EDT this morning, we lost all service. Our monitoring tools did catch it, but unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to completely set up notifications, so we didn't realize what had happened until around 7AM EDT when we woke up.

Still working on this and we're preparing disaster recovery for the absolute worst case, but hoping we don't need to go there. Still, better to be safe than sorry. As for the phys server, Jouleworks is still working on the issue with their colocation. No ETA or additional information at this time.

Checking in again. Right now, we're looking at a potential ZFS failure. We're still a bit in the dark because the colo provider's remote hands are literally multi-hours in between actions. I'm doing my best not to have to take the 4 hour drive north to do it myself, but it's very tempting.

Jouleworks identified an issue with our server and has a ticket open with their colocation. No ETA at this time. Bit of a rough week for us, but we're working on getting back as fast as possible.

Hiya -- This morning at around 3am EST the servers hosted by my provider in Secaucus, NJ (Including the server that runs @fluxfur.com ) went offline. Unfortunately, my status page was also on that cluster. I'm currently in triage with the provider and will put updates here as I have them.

We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. We should see services slowly recover over the next hour, but we'll update you if anything new changes. Some guilds might take some time to come back online, but give it some time and you should see it come back.

Discovered an issue with our network configuration which caused a loss of network connectivity. After fixing that, some of the micro services failed to return to a healthy state. We are currently resolving those issues.
