He is now being held at Travis County Jail on a misdemeanor charg that his campaign believes is tied to his participation in the protests after ICE agents shot Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, a delivery driver in North Austin, last weekend.

Went back and forth on this but decided to go ahead and reactivate just to say this: One of the main reasons why the shooting of Wilber is being talked about the way that it is because ICE agents are idiots and pulled their bullshit in one of the more un-chuddified districts in Austin.
