Was going to make a comic about a funny ADHD situation but you know what, it wasn't funny and I cried because I'm just so exhausted before the day even starts (I have a book linktr.ee/adhdalien/)

I feel like @adhd-alien.bsky.social book would be really good for public and/or school libraries. Could help a bunch of kids and teens put a name to their brain operating differently from their peers. I was always horrible with homework myself, because I would forget it existed when home.

So, during 2020, I got diagnosed with ADHD-C after a gnarly burnout swept me off my feet. Part of why I finally pursued diagnosis after the first failed one, was because of @adhd-alien.bsky.social Her sharing her struggles as a woman with adhd resonated with me so much that it finally clicked.
