Can’t Allow Elon Musk the Power to Intervene in Wars No individual should be able to disrupt military ops like Musk did with Ukraine’s. I wrote that when he did it in 2023. Was told the problem was contract rules. Nope. Happened again. The problem is too much power, esp for an enemy of democracy.

Look at the shabby state and increasingly authoritarian trajectory of the country and ask yourself if we can endure 2 more years of a lawless Trump administration wreaking havoc with no check from Congress, then vote accordingly. This is not the time for a protest vote or purity politics.

"Why can't we run government like a business?" asked the morons of America. This is why. You get marketing rebrands instead of governance, scams & bankruptcies instead of fiscal stability. You get humans reduced to "consumers," & public goods treated as "inefficiencies" or as resources to exploit.

MAHA views good health as a sign of virtue and good genes. Only lowlifes that don't take care of themselves, take quack supplements, and eat American food are unhealthy and shouldn't have insurance. MAHA is class warfare.

This is an excellent thread detailing how MAHA is a conspiratorial movement that believes the "fittest" are right-doers with good genes, and, the weak are a sickly wrong-doing strain on society with inferior genes. It is eugenics and victim shaming all rolled into one.

Neither Donald Trump nor the movement he leads are driven by ideas. Trump and MAGA are defined by grievance and resentment towards a society that has been moving away from them – and by a desire to restore dominance over those they deem lesser.

Trump has a very clear view of how society should be ordered, how power and status should be distributed, and who should be at the top. His worldview is fundamentally anti-egalitarian and strongly authoritarian. It is built on the idea of hierarchies – and coercive power to impose them.

White Supremacy has been the status quo since the founding of our nation. MAGA is trying to revert back to that program, undoing the progress of inclusion of marginal groups beginning in the 60s. The "great" in MAGA is interchangeable with the word "white".

Manosphere grifters have figured out that some men are easily manipulated by making them feel insecure about their masculinity. The GOP has turned this sales pitch into both an ideology and a campaign strategy. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...
Any man who goes online today is apt to come across content telling him that he will never find a partner who will earn him the respect of other men if he lacks money and connections, if he is not bodybuilder-fit with a full head of hair, if he is not more than six feet tall. Online influencers who push this narrative have products to sell. They want you to buy their workout apps, their advice sessions, their investment plans. That’s just how a lot of advertising works: It makes you insecure so you’ll pay for a product in hopes of temporarily silencing your gnawing sense of inadequacy.Just as the manosphere and its galaxy of hucksters want you to fork over your cash so you can feel better about yourself as a man, Republicans want to make you feel insecure about your masculinity so that you vote Republican. Masculinity, in this sense, is a lifestyle product: one that comes with a set of political beliefs predicated on the subjugation of women, minority groups, and anyone else who men are told are their inferiors.
