A new publication by @lsedatascience.bsky.social's GENIAL Hub Team maps student use of #GenAI onto Kolb's learning stages (see link in comments). The study offers a framework that allows educators to assess whether each stage is catalysed, disrupted, or skipped due to interactions with GenAI tools.

I went down a rabbit hole that took me all the way to my MRes dissertation and back... Reading about andragogy, I found out that the term was not actually coined by Knowles: it was first mentioned in the German book 'Plato's Educational Ideas' by the high-school teacher Alexander Kapp, in 1833. 1/5
