2nd week of #ASCB! Evolution of regeneration, Eve Gazave, hands-on Platynereis regeneration wonderfully demonstrated, with help from Zoé Velasquillo, Rémi Strehl. Francina Langa Vives and expert CIGM team had everyone try pronuclear injections + ES into blastocysts - steady hands of creation.

Isolation of small intestine and colon crypts to make organoids with Giulia Nigro, Aline Stedman, Sophie Dulauroy - following a great lecture by Marc Van de Wetering into the history and organoid biology of the gut. Great exercise on how to handle samples with the utmost care.
