Hyperscalers need $308bn of annual ai revenue - around the revenue of Microsoft - for 10% return on 2026 and 2027 capex. Could be more with cost of debt.

Early thoughts on Silent Hill Townfall: It’s definitely something different in the Silent Hill series. But in a series where the town is as much a character as the people, St. Amelia really stands out. It feels truly lived in, similar to the Silent Hill 2 remake.
