I just finished this underwater prehistoric style alligator guy. I don't have a name for him yet so that's the best we're going with. I'm not fully satisfied with him but I'm trying to find a nice balance of 'this looks nice on the table' and 'this won't take me a thousand hours'. How do we feel?

Sometimes you just gotta let your players make the dungeon! Yesterday's adventure had players exploring sewers one street at a time, killing plants, setting off traps, and making friends with beholder-ish creatures! The party built the dungeon as we revealed cards to random encounters.

A bunch of sewer tiles are ready for players to use, as they decide which way they're going by assembling the sewer as we go

Cards are revealed from the deck, and a corner of the sewer is revealed!

A deaths eye is found! His name is Marlo, and like in traditional d&d fashion the group befriended him and will now be trying to find him a castle to live in / rule

Teldramir yesterday had an icy cliff, landslides, a fey yeti that was very bad at rhyming, and a skeletal detective doing his best to get the group to safety.

The part is on an icy cliff featuring ice walls designed to mimic the general idea of a home. A large yeti is surrounded by adventurers.

The yeti gets ready to throw a dwarf off a cliff. A kenku rogue prepares for their ambush.

The cliffside before things went from bad to worse. The party investigates the remains of a skeletal dragon.

I forgot to share these photos from my last 40k game! It's my first battle where my ENTIRE ARMY was painted so you gotta be super proud of me. I really love my corporate Votann army. I need to do some decals next but after I decide what decals I wanna use across my theme.

Today I played some Doom 1490! Incredibly simple skirmish game that I've wanted to give a go for a while. It's extremely fun. As long as you have terrain with height, the game is extremely accessible.

The more I run Teldramir the more I realize I need to sit down and work on enemies suitable for multiple player levels at once. I've been doing the 'multi level enemy fight' so I can have baddies of all power scale, but the few times I've used variable damage in a 1v6 has gone well!

Tried out the Delicious in Dungeon board game last weekend! We'll definitely need to play it again now that we have the rules down, but it was pretty simple, had beautiful art, and was spoiler free if you've only ever watched the first season of the anime.

My party of adventurers, with food tokens and a meal we prepared from slaying a beast earlier in the dungeon.

I broke out my light box the other day to take minis photos. Its been over a year since I've used my setup, mostly because my last few 'minis' have been too big to fit. I'm loving the way these pillars have come out. Amazing what a little bit of lighting and a nice backdrop can do.
