[1/4] I think this comic from 2013 is my most-shared piece ever. I had this nightmare after watching Star Trek Into Darkness in the theater, and experiencing Khan’s deafening yells and twisted angry visage projected 20 ft tall above me in my front row seat. It was. Impactful. #bendytoots

Comic titled, “A real dream I had about Bendytoots”. The drawings are sketchy and bizarrely awkward for comedic effect.

“Did you hear?” say some strangers, “Bendytoots is gonna be at the fair today!”

As a member of fair staff, I pull aside my coworker and ask, “Did you know Bendytoots would be here?”

She says “No… but listen. I need you to get some more streamers.” I say ‘ok’ and prance away.

In the distance towers the imposing figure of Benedict Cumberbatch, dressed as Sherlock Holmes. “Crap!” I say, “It’s Bendytoots! No, it’s okay. I’ll just walk past him and ignore him. Foolproof.”

To my frightened dismay, Bendytoots immediately blocks my path. “Excuse me, staff. Can you do me a favor.

See that game over there?” he points to a tent where players try to toss a ball into different cups of water. The camera dramatically zooms in on his evil face as he says, “I need you to go over there, and WIN ME THE PRIZE.”
