An AI-enabled targeting system was incorporated into a process using stale intelligence, & lazy "humans apparently trusted the system" to catch problems it wasn't designed or contractually responsible to catch. That is a hell of a failure mode for AI being pushed deeper into warfare.🤬🇨🇦

I was 10 years old and I remember the teachers getting us all huddled around a TV at school (as many of us didn’t yet have a TV at home). It was magical and unforgettable. Maybe this took place at other UK schools too.
