David Pakman @davidpakman.bsky.social · 20/11/2024The growth rate of Bluesky over the last few days has been utterly insane 119233666
myralax.bsky.social @myralax.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I haven’t watched any news since THAT day! …. miss my late night hosts, The Lincoln Project etc. so followed you here. 😀 000
stevengr.bsky.social @stevengr.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Interest in Musk has significantly depleted now he’s aligned with Trump and more visible. Also, what he did with Twitter is horrible 020
Middle Aged Grump @middleagedgrump.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I had been wanting to join for ages but it was invite only. I have no idea when that changed. 000
Santa Claus @sinter-klaas.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Exactly when I arrived. The magic of the season. 🎅🏻 000
Mac @k-mac22.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Heard to check it out from all the people I trust for news, including you, so here I am #theresistance 000
Ambah is Learning @ambah-is-learning.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Yet why do I have two Elon Musk following me already? 😆 000
AimlessPlumber @blueskyplumberguy.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Dare I say... It is a mandate!! Haha Twitter has been proven to be a hollow soulless piece of digital garbage. 050
HewlettCraphard @hewlettcraphard.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I think Elon might be a bit spooked. My account had been permabanned four years ago. Appealed multiple times. No luck. Appealed today just so I could delete my account (which I told them). Just got this email. LMFAO! 010
Dreamprism (Alex) @dreamprism2024.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Listening to your show today now, and you finally got me to join here. We'll see if I actually end up using it. 🤷♂️ 000
Chester 🏳️⚧️🇺🇦🇮🇱 (ey/em/eirs) @8-k.bsky.social · 20/11/2024True, but it needs to 100x from this point to get the benefits of network effects and truly sustain itself. 000
𝑫o𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒆's 💗 @donniesrichonne.bsky.social · 20/11/2024This tweet made me realize anyone still on twitter, who profits cuz they don't wanna lose "engagement", is no different than Joe & Mika. If ur still there, helping Elon, cuz ur worried abt losing ur audience, ergo a few dollars, U are no better than Morning Joe. bsky.app/profile/jack...Just Jack@just-jack-1.bsky.socialWhen I think about Joe & Mika appeasing Trump so they can maintain their comfy lives, I think about Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss enduring years of harassment for simply doing their jobs. So when Joe defends it by saying people need to live in the real world, he should respectfully go screw himself. 000
brinkcraven.bsky.social @brinkcraven.bsky.social · 20/11/2024#echomachine2025 Love you, David! Please give me a treat 🤣 000

tlscott3.bsky.social @tlscott3.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Nice change from X, No Musk, no tRump, and this wonderful feature called "block list." Where there is a literal list of Trump trolls, I blocked with a single press of a button. It's freeing, to say the least! They add accounts to the list for me, plus I can block Trump trolls individually. 010
cashakes.bsky.social @cashakes.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Happy to be following you here! Looking forward to reading #echomachine2025 000
GaryHA @garyha.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Let’s hope it’s the right people coming here, also I hope they are people too! 010
We tired boss @trvth.bsky.social · 20/11/2024This seems like it has a much better chance than threads and whatever that other left leaning platform is (the fact I can't remember the name says a lot) 000
vfactor @vfactor.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I think it's a bit of a frog in the boiling pot situation over at Twitter - once you make the jump it's immediately obvious how terrible discourse is in Twitter. Just not having to wade through a bunch of garbage from bot & blue check accounts instantly makes bluesky 10x better 010
Cory Rapoza @coryrapoza.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Bluesky growth and crypto growth are almost perfectly aligned since the election. Kind of a reverse effect tho since the winner of the election owns that other platform. 000
Sy @stairsleadingup.com · 20/11/2024almost a million a day pretty nuts.. and it's not slowing down either 020
Benoit Blanc @factsnotfiction.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Holy criminy no kidding when I was on here five days ago you only had like 5k followers. I'm really hoping you become more mainstream 000
canuckjen.bsky.social @canuckjen.bsky.social · 20/11/2024People are looking for anything to get away from Twitter! 010
canuckjen.bsky.social @canuckjen.bsky.social · 20/11/2024They have and sadly, it has had an affect on Canada as well. Our politics have devolved to be disrespectful and downright rude. We have our own little Trump - Pierre Pollivre. 010
danib06.bsky.social @danib06.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I'm pretty sure it's because of the migration of super users from Twitter. Especially black Twitter. 110

rom-sk.bsky.social @rom-sk.bsky.social · 20/11/2024What portion of that growth is MAGA trolls looking to spread their feces here too? 000
Shenmue 3 @shenmue3.bsky.social · 20/11/2024We're tired of Elon's garbage, and the media joining with the government. 000
e. g. Alice Lastname @keasy-duz-it.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I followed you. Can I have a book now? Also what else was in the care package? THC gummies? 010
beergoblin.bsky.social @beergoblin.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I feel like the next big question is…what do devs/we want this space to be? A place of critical thought and discourse, or a refuge for likeminded individuals in the times to come. The first is wishful thinking but this space is the only place where the thought can even be humored. 100
Nick Rogers @therealnickrogers.bsky.social · 20/11/2024To be fair, a lot of things from the past few days have been utterly insane. 010

Jesse R🇺🇸 @mrjesse91.bsky.social · 20/11/2024People are tired of dealing with the low quality and racist trash that has taken over Twitter. 1110
Robin @solarise.dev · 20/11/2024And it's still going strong. I think it's maybe 30% slower than at its peak now but still a very impressive growth rate being maintained. 000

🥰 Mo 🦋 Warning: YAPPER @meepymorps.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I think its branding helps a lot. Telling people to join blue sky > telling people to join Mastadon (if that’s what it’s called) 220

Funkdafied 🌻🐸 ✊🏼📢⚖️ @pretefunkera.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I think it shows how many lurkers on Twitter that didn’t even bother engaging in posts because of MAGA Cult turds existed. 010

spiricom.bsky.social @spiricom.bsky.social · 20/11/2024It has been noticeable. It took me a year to find a server, and it was very slow at first. Mastodon had the same issue at first. Now you can find a server more easily, and the Fedeverse allows search across other servers. Bluesky is not quite there yet, but the dis-satisfaction with X is showing. 000
Riff Raff Rackus @basuradeldesierto.bsky.social · 20/11/2024I actually am enjoying this. I have not enjoyed X since racial slurs would trend at the same time blue influencers were getting banned. 020
