Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan @london.gov.uk · 17/09/2026Lady in Blue by Tschabalala Self takes pride of place on Trafalgar Square’s Fourth Plinth this month. A powerful symbol of optimism for London. 36830131

Sissy Spacecake 🏴🇬🇧🇪🇺 @sissyspacecake.bsky.social · 17/09/2026The Nazis on the other site have got their knickers in a twist about this. I love it. Vibrance, confidence and strength, it's wonderful. 0131
Brexit Bin 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 @brexitbin.bsky.social · 17/09/2026A similar energy to Niki de Saint Phalle's work. 😊❤️ 030

Scruffagette @scruffagette.bsky.social · 17/09/2026I love this so much. That shade of blue reminds me of Star Trek, and she is leading us into a hopeful future. 030
AnthonyF272 @anthonyf272.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Rupert Lowe thinks it is filth. I genuinely thought he was an educated man and not a moron. 000
brickfilming.bsky.social @brickfilming.bsky.social · 17/09/2026It looks awful - yet another sad day for the UK 210
GREENENGAGE @sjmg22.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Why put a slave girl on a plinth - I thought we had moved on from that sort of thing ! 010
chiller @chiller.eurosky.social · 17/09/2026Loving this. Her "Seated" down at Eastbourne is gorgeous, too. 1350
DW69 @davewvero.bsky.social · 17/09/2026It's fantastic. But obviously Rupert Lowe thinks it's 'filthy'. Does he ever look in the mirror? 1120
🇬🇧💚Katherine @kathren59.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Katherine 🇬🇧 Love this statue in the city of my birth. 000
Phinp @phinp.bsky.social · 17/09/2026My only rage is that it is not a Thomas J Price who has been making representative sculptures since 2020 and is exhibiting at the V&A at the moment. 000
WhyAlice24 @whyalice24.bsky.social · 17/09/2026This is magnificent. Possibly my favourite piece of art, of all the ones that have been on the fourth plinth. 070
Leo Greene (if you're nice) @leo-greene.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Beautiful. It's such a simple idea, a stylised (and stylish) representation of an everyday woman that reminds us we're all important. Why should it only be white men in military gear who get statues? 040
Nick Moyes (Peat free) @nickmoyes.bsky.social · 17/09/2026That’s gonna upset some little boys in black shorts and some bitter old men. F*ck ‘em. 190
Nick Cave @nickcave63.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Love it. Beautiful, even more beautiful is the ire it will bring to the usual suspects. 022
The Global Shorelines project @comshorelines.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Brilliant. She exhibited a great piece at the De Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-sea a few years back. Art should stir the emotions and senses. Just a shame that a few people think the emotion in this case should be hate. 020
juliettes-dad.bsky.social @juliettes-dad.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Love it. It also has the gammons in the UK red with rage. Which is another reason to love it. 2400
Dan/iel Mudford @danmud.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Stunning, beautiful and literally outstanding from the far side of the square. 030
Estelle Wolfers 🇬🇧 🇪🇺🫶🦈 @firetower.eurosky.social · 17/09/2026Saw her on Sunday - a splendid and cheerful occupier of the plinth. 000
Kuntie Plopkins @kuntieplopkins.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Oh that is going to wind up the gammonati 😅😅😅 1200
The Snark was a Boojum @thesnark.bsky.social · 17/09/2026I love it! I love her movement and her pride; she's magnificent and beautiful. 020
Mr Blogberry @mr-blogberry.bsky.social · 17/09/2026I'm a fan... but I would love to see the plinth used to showcase British artists. It is a place much visited by tourists and I think we're missing out not promoting someone from the UK. If they can upset the gammons as much as this will, then that's a bonus. 000
