Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan @london.gov.uk · 08/11/2025When I was first elected, evidence showed it would take 193 years to bring London's air pollution within legal limits. Due to our policies, we've done it in 9. In Brazil this week, we showed that cities are giving the world reason to hope when it comes to tackling the climate emergency. 391583426

Djmonijn @djmonijn.bsky.social · 08/11/2025While in America we cater to the old white men causing climate change. We need to vote all the old white men out. 051
DaveLaica @davelaica.bsky.social · 09/11/2025I don't live in London, I'm about an hour away, I don't understand why so many people turn against Sadiq, he seems to be doing a great job and comes across as a really likable chap 120
Ms_K @ms-kuk.bsky.social · 08/11/2025Visited London in the summer and the difference in air quality was noticeable. Bravo to all involved. 0171
Gwyn @gwynt.bsky.social · 08/11/2025Thank you Sadiq. You’re a keeper 😄 Making London Green Again. 🤭🤭 1141

JBE POLITICS @jbepolitics.bsky.social · 08/11/2025📣📣 Remembrance Sunday is upon us. However, remembering the fallen is pointless unless we remembers our ancestors’ “cause”, rather than just their “actions”. fingbullshit.bsky.social @fingbullshit.bsky.social · 08/11/2025I’m so glad our Governor Newsom is representing the United States in Brazil…we have work to do 💙🇺🇸 000
WigglePig @wigglepig.bsky.social · 08/11/2025A cracking achievement. However, and there always seems to be a however, the leaked/floated extra VED fees for EVs seems unreasonable. I scrapped a perfectly good diesel and bought an EV at significant cost and now I’m being hit with a huge increase in VED and a proposed pay per mile levy. Hmm. 120
andy-uu.bsky.social @andy-uu.bsky.social · 08/11/2025Long distance air travel is disastrous for air pollution. Appearing by video link would be like practising what one preaches, but you haven't done it, opting for a PR stunt. How long will it take to tackle the knife attacks problem in London? 230
Vimpete @vimpete.bsky.social · 08/11/2025Have to say that when we visited London (from Australia)back in July we couldn’t walk down any main street without being choked by tobacco smoke. 000

Tarquin @tarquinfauntleroy.bsky.social · 08/11/2025That is a fantastic achievement, yet I only heard about it on here. Nothing in the media about it at all, which is shameful of them. As far as I'm concerned, you can be Mayor for as long as you want.👍 3141
Simon H. @simonhutson4.bsky.social · 08/11/2025I'm not often in London, but last week was walking along the Euston Road near Great Portland Street and really did notice the reduction in vehicle exhaust fumes. Thank you. 1220

Iain Wilson @iwilson.bsky.social · 08/11/2025Living on the coast where the air is reasonably clean, I always used to have a shower after a trip to London as you literally felt quite grubby. It is noticeably better now. Kudos to all involved in making it so. 030
TheStave @thestave.bsky.social · 08/11/2025I worked in London in the late seventies and early eighties and was used to the black on the inside of my collar every day. I spent a week in London last year and hey presto! No dirty collars. Unscientific I know, but an effective measure in my book. Love the Oyster card system btw :) 110
