The team in TADC are like a bunch of housemates forced to do stuff together and Jax is that one guy who makes things harder for everyone. Don't get me wrong, Ragatha is unintentionally toxic, but it's from a misguided attempt to avoid abstractions. They both are in a situation where making someone upset could "kill" them Jax knows this, and still acts like a bully. 020

But it's obviously a coping mechanism for him.
