I'm the kind of fanfic writer who hears character voices in my head pretty clearly and I know I'm handling Optimus right when his lines gave me actual chills. Cullen managed to make him someone who manages to command fear AND respect, love AND authority every time he spoke. They'll never be another.

As "the girl who never shuts up about lesser loved cartoons" I bring some of my favorite lesser loved cartoon Tim Curry roles. Both "Transformers Rescue Bots" and "Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja" had no right being so good. Clearly having the sense to cast Tim fucking Curry was a green flag.
