Hmm. Was thinking of trying to get to a fur meet or something today, but a sudden mood dip is making me wanna just stay at home.

Bad news! The car failed it's MOT :( Good news! The fixes are relatively cheap! :D Bad news! The garage is low on staff and might not be able to complete the work today :(

Some progress on my currently painting project. Some Sternguard Veteran proxies. Waiting on the basing to dry then just need to paint the weapons and a few details and they should be done. #Warhammer40k

Just popped up the STLs for my Epic-scale Total Annihilation PeeWee minis, meaning you can relive the joys of playing the original game by printing off 50 and hurling them at your enemies (or friends). cults3d.com/en/3d-model/...

The miniature next to a 1987 Warhammer 40k Space Marine, showing it to be very small in comparison.

Study of Leyendecker's "Downed", with characters from @kyellgold.com's Out of Position series.

An anthropomorphic tiger in white, red, and gold football gear cradles the ball in the crook of one arm and charges forward with determination. A fox named Smith in the team's home uniform splays his ears, wraps his arms around the tiger's thighs, and tries to tackle him.

Anything can be a game if it has numbers on a screen! 🦝🦘💦

Ryan (an anthro/furry raccoon in a red t-shirt and tan shorts) walks behind a couch in which Nes (a muscular anthro/furry kangaroo in a white tank top, dark grey shorts, and wearing a teal nose strip on the top of his snout) is sitting. Ryan has something tied to his arm, connected to some sort of blocky computer dvice. Ryan shouts to Nes, "I love this arm pressure game thingy. I just got a new high score!"
In the next panel, Ryan walks off screen, with Nes turning his head to ask him, "What do you mean by high score?"
Suddenly, Nes realizes Ryan has a blood pressure monitor strapped to his arm. Nes freaks out at the realization, and gets up to run after Ryan, "RYAN! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HIGH SCORE?!"

As much fun as I had over the weekend at Animalz and the meet, it's hard not to focus on how isolating many parts of it felt. Got to catch up with a lot of people I've not spoken to in ages but just as quickly was back to wandering about solo.

Hate the fact that rather than being excited for Aug Animalz I'm just anxious. Doesn't help that I'm essentially going by myself and just hoping for the best when I get there. Frustrating that this feels like how I have to approach pretty much every event/meet/con I want to do these days...

'AI Destroyed the Digital Artist' (from our BLFC show) is based on the 80's hit by The Buggles. This parody is a modern commentary on AI art. In the same vein as the original, it's a reflection on how technological advancements can disrupt established creative artforms with sad consequences.

Finished playing Metroid Prime 4 on Switch 2. Compared to the other Prime games it's a big disappointment. The visuals and audio are great, but everything else just falls short. Despite pretending to be more open world, it's ironically the most linear the games have ever been.

I really hate it when a series of books with different titles make no effort to state what order they are meant to be read in. Or that they are part of a series to begin with! Just got a new book that's part 2 in a series and the only mention of part 1 is a few pages in.
