It's wild to lie, double down, and not be transparent of the DRM with customers upon launch. Earned yourself and Lunar a community note, and fumbled so hard that Jinxxy themselves had to reaffirm their TOS in response because it got so out of hand. Thoughts on the Druffle avatar, apparently the DRM thing is real despite claims it wasn't, but on top of that, I talked directly with one of the people involved in creating the avatar and they had no idea the DRM was a part of it until the day of release. Not a good look.
