The UKMTO just released 3 incident reports, all delayed reports of attacks that happened yesterday. This is now 20 attacks just in October, a huge increase in the level of violence towards merchant vessels and seafarers in the Strait of Hormuz.

Es gibt Dinge, die ich nur in entspannter Stimmung mache, heute zum Beispiel in aller Ruhe Trinkgläser aussortieren. Hab eine sehr große Einkaufstasche zum Altglascontainer geschleppt (und jetzt wieder ziemlich gut Platz im Küchenregal).

Yandex Pay had to come out with a statement after many Russians said they couldn’t access their money. Yandex Bank is also unresponsive after the Ukrainian strike on three data centres.

This morning, another Yandex data center, home to our services, was damaged. Because of this, many of you are stilli unable to check your balance, pay for purchases, or transfer money.
First things first: all your money is safe. The money itself isn't stored in a data center. That's where the servers that power the services are located. Records for each account are stored in multiple copies across multiple locations. We've verified their integrity: not a single record was lost.
Im very sorry I can't tell you yet that everything is working again. The team is continuing to restore services and is checking every step. When it comes to your money, it's important to us not only to restore Yandex Pay as quickly as possible, but also to ensure everything is working reliably.
I understand that you're not waiting for words, but for access to your money. And I understand how hard it is to wait when you can't use it. We can't yet give you a precise restoration timeline, but we promise: we won't stop until the service is restored.

I put out a post earlier with UKMTO Advisory 161-26 stating mariners had been warned about remining in the vicinity of the UAE. 30 mins later a tanker was attacked on outbound passage in that area. Another attack on merchant shipping that is being mostly ignored.
