Niche FFTA things, but I still firmly think Mewt had a bit of a crush on Marche during the game. Not like a super deep romantic love, but more like his first real crush that made him realize some stuff about himself y'know?

It still feels mildly insane to me that you can now play as Freddy Fazear and hunt down Slenderman, Ironmouse, Sora KingdomHearts, and then get headshot and t-bagged by Hatsune Miku. Like, on a surface level this game just does not feel real sometimes XD

Love DnD. My players are in combat against a creature that can do massive damage but has low HP. But it also has a regenerative ability at the start of it's turn.

Apparently the CEO of Hoyo has stated that in the next couple years HoYoverse will “play one of the most pivotal roles in China’s LLM-AI” I straight up don’t know any other game developer making this much of a spectacle out of its AI use. I understand the cultural difference. It’s still alarming.

A post from X that reads:

So in the process of editing, I also have to just straight up carve out that rot and write around it. Sometimes it's as easy as just removing a small scene, but this next chapter im habing to rewrite a solid 60% of it to remove a whole ass character.

One of the reasons updates on ky ffta2 fanfic are slow is because I have to straight up rewrite some of it. I initially wrote a lot of it when I let some not so great people have a lot of creative control over things and the stuff they made me add aged like a festering rot that was left untreated.

is being a competitor to the monolith that is Pokemon during a time when it is highly craved and Palworld has gotten a lot of success on the Legal Front of it all.

Your Local Cryptid @yourlocalcryptid.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

What the game is trying to do, I think is going to be set back by being a gacha. It's not bad, but it is something that for sure is going to make it a ticking time bomb if it doesn't achieve solid enough popularity quickly and consistantly and right now it's biggest selling point

100

Your Local Cryptid @yourlocalcryptid.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

It's not overly terrible, but it's clear it was added BECAUSE the game it FtP so the company can earn money and if I'm honest this game would have benefited a lot more from being a Single Player with some Multiplayer Functionality instead of a Gacha.
