There is an amazing pizza place in Kingston called Sourdough Willie's. But I topped it. Sourer, Doughier Andy's. I'll never attain the heights this pizza reached again, I fear. The honey drizzle (not pictured) was incredible.

Home-cultivated sourdough using yeast from our plum trees, apricot, chevre, pistachio, lemon zest, all on an apricot juice reduction, cardamom, drizzled in honey after baking. Not so bad.
