I need to do a rewatch too! I tacked it on the last time I watched the whole show but that was all the way back in August. Time for a full rewatch I think

Today's featured contributor is @afinefish.bsky.social! Fish did some lovely pieces of Ed and Applejack having a moment. I think they did an incredible job with the Kevin Bacon of it all, personally.

Still at the bar. Ed has his arms crossed and Applejack looks apologetic

OK friends -- it's time for us to finish featuring our fantastic contributors to YOFT. It's been five months (!!!) since it premiered and we're still so proud of and amazed by every person who worked on it. I can't promise daily posts like before but I am going to do my best to post semi-regularly 💖

You Only Frame Twice 🏴‍☠️🏳️‍🌈 @youonlyframetwice.bsky.social · 31/10/2025

I am planning to get back to doing featured YOFT artists soon, I hope. If you know me you know my personal life has been an entire disaster for the past six months or so, but all of the folks who worked so hard on it deserve a little love. So look for that in the coming weeks, hopefully!

It's been four weeks since #YOFT premiered! Feels a little strange. I went from it consuming pretty much my every waking hour to... not. Weird feelings! I promise I'll continue featured contributors, my life has just been a trash fire! Give it a watch again or for the first time. It's worth it <3

Time for more #YOFT featured collaborators! (Sorry for the pause, I've been out of town) Today our feature is @alandslideofop1.bsky.social! These two pieces with ghostly Stede are some of my favorite individual pieces of art in the whole project, but they did a ton of gorgeous work!

Ed, telling a story about Stede killing the Badmintons, mimes stabbing Nigel in the eye. Behind him ghostly blue Stede does the same, and the silhouette of Nigel is stabbed

Ed is telling the story of Chauncey getting shot. He's holding his arm out. Ghostly blue Stede is behind him, hugging him with his eyes closed, and has his arm out holding the gun like Ed is miming

A crowd of ruffian inn guests listening to Ed, who is animatedly telling stories, in the front room of the inn

Ed grinning with his finger up, telling stories in front of a painting at the inn

Aaand for this afternoon the RNG picked me as the featured contributor, which feels kinda weird, but! We bow to the random number gods. I'm @gelatinousstand.bsky.social and I co-captained this ship. I also made Izzy's Revenge and some backgrounds, including for the after credits scene!

An embroidery/applique piece of Izzy's Revenge on the ocean. The unicorn at the front of the ship has been repaired and has a tiny golden horn and a golden leg. The ship is flying the white cat flag

Our next featured contributor is the incomparable @mooshy.bsky.social, who did backgrounds for the reception area of the inn! You may recognize them from Ed telling stories about Stede's escapades to the guests! (Choose a number to pick the next one if you'd like! 1-101)

Aaaaand let me just repost those in here with alt text, because I have my personal account set up not to let me post without it and apparently I've come to rely on that FAR too much

A drawing of Ed and Stede in the kitchen at the inn, having a bit of an argument. Stede is talking and has one hand on his chest and one outstretched. Ed is standing and watching him.

A drawing of Jim and Archie. Jim has their bare back to the viewer and their shirt hanging off their elbows. Izzy's black kerchief is around their neck. Archie is polishing her axe and looking at Jim's boobs (both of them)

Prince Ricky is looking in the mirror and getting ready for his speech. He's powdering his face using a makeup brush and Ye Olde Setting Powder in a purple tin

A black and white drawing of Izzy's death from s2e8. Ed is holding Izzy and crying as the rest of the crew looks on. The only color is the red of Izzy's blood
