Which is satisfying enough for reusing those dungeon-crawler mental muscles, really. The character art by Torio (toriotto?) is the most atmospheric part, and it was a great fit to use. I should play more bite-sized games.youtu.beRuins IIYouTube video by Surt R. - Topic 153

Romanus Surt （スルト゠ロマヌス） @yomigael.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I like this review because it's on point. The reason why DR2A is standalone is due to my wish to see if I could refine the mechanics and add some new stuff on top without fear of breaking the base game or permanently altering it in ways that would alienate the fanbase. 0217

Romanus Surt （スルト゠ロマヌス） @yomigael.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Jaseiken Necromancer 2 is pretty fun. It's nothing groundbreaking so far -- think Dragon Quest with a more Gothic aesthetic, but the fast pace and nice music keep it entertaining enough to keep going. From what I gathered, some of the music was composed by Yuzo Koshiro. 0150

Romanus Surt （スルト゠ロマヌス） @yomigael.bsky.social · 27/08/2026The Phantom Returns quest in DR2A is inspired by Phantom 3D.
