i used to scratch little notes on my wrist in paperclip or safety pin. shit like “starve strong” or “sleep is for the weak” 🙄 i still believe these things, lil whispers from the vipers in my brain. but i tattooed over the scars “lessons learned” - big shot, as if i’d ever change as if i ever learn
