A woman in my running group is training for a marathon & does long afternoon runs that finish after dark. A creep made her uncomfortable so she asked for advice. The percentage of women who run armed is very high.

I just lost it a little on the breakfast woman at the hotel where I’m staying. For some reason she thought I’d agree with her antisemitic comments. I sternly let her know that I did not & asked the front desk clerk when the manager would be in. Silence is compliance, & that was BS. I’m furious.

I met a 24 year old woman from Washington who made a lot of assumptions that have me questioning how history is taught & why. She was adamant that the US being Christian is in the constitution. There’s so much more. It was painful & sad. There’s work to be done.
