CR lectures era #wangxian
There's laughter coming from inside the room. A general ruckus is being made, as if they aren't even trying to hide that they're breaking curfew. As disciplinarian, it's his duty to intervene.
Wei ying is in that room, lwj thinks. He gathers his courage to knock.
![4 panel comic of pigeon wei wuxian and dove lan wangji
the first panel is split in the middle, showing pigeonxian flying in one direction carrying a piece of bread with his feet and thinking: tonight i'm gonna eat good. doveji is flying on the opposite direction, coming back from an errand and thinking: after 3 days flying i'm almost home...
on the second panel they collide mid air
on the third, they are laying down on the ground.
wwx: my bread
lwj: my wing (it's been hurt)
wwx: you're gonna have to buy me dinner
lwj: you're gonna have to help me home
wwx: deal
on the fourth and final panel pigeonxian is flying and carrying doveji. behind them, a giant text wall of pigeonxian's rambling that goes like:
And then I told him: jiang cheng! you can't force a lyrebird to sing to you! hahahah can you believe this? that pea head thought that giving a girl a pebble was enough to have her fall for you. very stupid, i told him. but get this: the very next day there he was again! offering her a leaf this time. a leaf! as if any bird would like that. aahhh~ this brother of mine... but that's jiang cheng to you. lucky him he has shijie and i to help him! poor bird would be all lost without us around. do you have siblings lan zhan? [lwj: mn. an older brother] oh! i'm the youngest too! us young brothers have to stay together, i tell you. mess with them a bit to keep-
