I think the legacy argument "of course not, it's LOISH!" is warranted but also misses the point that people are doing targeting scraping to mimic specific artist's styles across the board. It happened more in years prior than it does right now, but still. The witch-hunt friendly-fire is rampant.

Two states where I'm seeing this as a pressing matter are Colorado and Washington, though a couple of other states also have bad ballot measures as well like Arizona. If the Dems win overall but all of these pass with no resistance, that spells trouble going forward.

These include measures to ban trans people from sports and medical treatment, mandating putting down personal information like SS numbers on ballots for them to count, prohibiting blue states from gerrymandering, and many other horrible measures.

The Republicans are seemingly set to get wiped out, so they're using voter initiatives to get their agenda passed regardless, especially in blue states. This is done by getting enough signatures on a petition in some states to be added onto the ballot in a election and for people to vote on.
