Let this sink in. Cornell University refused to refund Jane Doe's tuition the semester she was raped. Without this money, she could not transfer to another school. Essentially, she was forced to stay on campus where she saw those seven rapists frequently. Eventually she dropped out of college.

The other side of this is, of course, many daycare workers are so poorly paid they are low income. Free daycare could actually solve both issues. Freeing parents to join the workforce and paying workers a living wage.

The AI industry has spent $3 trillion so far of which 60% is debt. At 7% interest, the industry would need to make $126 billion per year in perpetuity just to pay the *interest* expense. No payroll, no leases, no R&D, no taxes, no electricity, no dividend payments. Just interest.
