To turn off AI stuff you don't want in macOS 27 Golden Gate: 1. In System Settings go to Screen Time, then Content & Privacy and turn on the Content & Privacy toggle 2. In Siri, choose which Siri you want ("classic" or "AI") and then use the toggles to turn off what you don't want

Just found my notes for Referee, an internal service I designed and was building at TravisCI when PE did it's thing. A lovely piece of engineering, it provided on-demand reputational scoring to sniff out cryptominers etc by answering the question “How much do we trust this User or Repository?”
