Went to a “55+ and Fabulous” gathering tonight at local LGBT center. A guest shared a photo album and in it was this card used by a deaf man in bars in the 1970s. Apparently it was so successful he had a second round printed.

Somehow or another I find myself alive and well on the 16th anniversary of retirement from my last FT employment. Since then, one chunk of paid church-related service and two five-month blocks of time with the 2020 census and 2021 follow-up. It’s been time well spent.
