I think I might be in on this Joe Brady staff. Pete Carmichael Jr. is his Leslie Frazier. As long as he’s not calling plays, it’s probably good for Brady to have an old head in that spot. The Jim Leonhard hire signals a pretty massive shift philosophically on defense.
