I am a bit hesitant with Saucony. I was running in the Ride 18’s when this happened. Not opposed to the Sauconys but going to stick with the Adrenalines for a bit to see if I keep progressing.

I am still running slow on the treadmill. These runs were from yesterday and today. Took a couple weeks off to let the foot calm down a bit. Also bought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline gts 25’s to help support my arch. So far I am really liking them. 🏃‍♂️ #running #runsky

I am not in PT. Our insurance sucks so PT costs me a good bit out of pocket. I did see a PT back in June for this but that was just to get some strategies to help deal with it.

Thanks for asking! I am back to walking. I went for X-rays last week just to make sure there were no stress fractures. They showed no fractures so I am pretty sure it’s PF. Just going to continue to do all the things that are recommended for treating this🤷‍♂️.

Thanks! My heel is still sore. It’s been sore from running on the elliptical also so I thought why not try the treadmill at an easy pace. Plus i really do not like the elliptical!
