Tuesday run. The foot pain that I was feeling during my marathon training is plantar fasciitis. Saw a pt on Friday. He said to slow the pace a bit and I have some exercises to do to help ease the pain a bit and to strengthen the muscles that support it. Sucks, but I will get past it. 🏃‍♂️ #running

I did it!! First marathon is done. It was so HOT. 82°F real feel. I forgot to turn the watch off at the finish line. Ended up with a 4:37 chip time. Was shooting for 4:30 or less but had to walk two of the bigger hills because it was just so hot. Had a lot of fun and will definitely do another one!
