Idea for spell/enchanting mechanics for oblivion: Negative effects to allow more positive effects/lower Magicka costs For instance a ring can only be enchanted with 10 strength but if you put drain speed 10 points, you can get that strength boost up to 20. Could have up to 3 constant effects...

Idea for oblivion/Skyrim mod. Rings can cast spells. Also, weapons with projectile effects. Like a sword that shoots beams that do damage equal to its basic swing damage every 5 seconds (when you swing) if you're at full health. Guess where that one is inspired from. You can't!
