Idea for oblivion/Skyrim mod.
Rings can cast spells.
Also, weapons with projectile effects. Like a sword that shoots beams that do damage equal to its basic swing damage every 5 seconds (when you swing) if you're at full health. Guess where that one is inspired from. You can't!
