Idea for spell/enchanting mechanics for oblivion:
Negative effects to allow more positive effects/lower Magicka costs
For instance a ring can only be enchanted with 10 strength but if you put drain speed 10 points, you can get that strength boost up to 20. Could have up to 3 constant effects...
