I'm at the final level of Splinter Cell and for a game I did not enjoy back when I was younger due to my obssessive love over MGS. I now love it and am looking forward to my second run through to see how much fun it is breaking the game. Abattoir still sucks though, even if it had one cool idea.

Played the Derelikt Playtest and genuinely excited for this crunchy love letter to FPS on the PS1. The vibes of Alien Resurrection without some of the worse parts mike this one I am excited for. Witnessed the most egregious use of AI in a while to make a poster about an upcoming event with celebrity guests. Somehow AI just changed their faces completely and also gave away the personal details of the organizer. The insane part is no one double checked any of it. AI brainrot is real.

I remember as a child being annoyed at Splinter Cell 1 because the game felt so restrictive compared to Metal Gear Solid and Thief. Replaying it now... yeah, its a bit more corridor heavy in the beginning than I would have hoped.
