I'm flat out proud of thi. I'm glad I went out and found a color to edge highlight with that I felt was neither too light nor too dark (Two Thin Coats Gravestone Blue, if you're wondering). I'm glad I grabbed up this model when GW discontinued it. I'm glad about everything!

Before and after of Ebay rescue Aggressors I cleaned up and turned into Dark Krakens.

Old, dirty Aggressors with dull, Grey black armor, blue shoulder armor, and blue-rimmed bases.

The same Aggressors with fresh black paint and the blue areas repainted purple. Eye glow and shiny Aquillae have also been applied.

Lost my job and it's been mega stressful. But in the last ten days I've painted 8 Red Corsair Raiders, 5 Nemesis Claw Legionaries, and a whole-ass Defiler, so that's been nice.

Chaos Defiler Daemon engine. Most paints used are Army Painter. Armor plates are Imperial Navy over Triumphant Navy. Claws, trim,and chest gun are Heavy Metal accented with Grimdark Shadow. Flesh is Topaz Skin over Carnelian Skin. Mechanical parts and weapons are Death Metal. Cables are Vallejo Warlord Purple over Terrestrial Titan, coated with Magenta Shade. Ruble pieces are Deep Grey with Dark Tone shade. Other bits are Citadel Runelord Brass over Balthasar Gold.

A pair of Age of Sigmar undead intended to be used as 40k Daemon Princes.

Two Age of Sigmar monsters repressed as Khorne and Slaanesh Daemon Princes. They are armed with scythe-like polearms and their skeletal wings are painted to look like they are made of the same liquid they float above.

Khorne Daemon Prince his skeletal body, bronze-and-blue armor, and slashing polearm are coated in blood. His wings are made of bloodshot seems to erupt from the molten ground beneath him.

Slaanesh daemon prince held aloft on pink liquid wings that erupt from the pink molten surface beneath it. Its armor is a mix of gold, purple, silver, and periwinkle. Green skulls writhe within its body.

There must be a better way to work around Meta's censorship blitz than these red censor bars. It always makes me imagine a word that is 10x worse, creating this situation where the point gets lost because I think the Servant put a sword to his master's d!ck while Regan f*cked him dead from behind.

A Tumblr post quoting C.S. Lewis's "The World's Last Night" where he uses a scene in Shakespeare's "King Lear" to explain the impact of doing what's right even if you know it's futile. But two red censor bars over a couple of key words make the scene sound comically absurd, distracting from the point.
