Effigy of the Blood Countess (Sanguinor proxy) The Daughters of the Dragon believe that their Primarch, Sanguinius, had a mother: a human noblewoman of great wisdom and power who understood the power within blood long before any others did. Though martyred for her beliefs, she manifests in a vessel of iron drawn from living blood to light her granddaughters' darkest hours.

Lheok Who Walks in Dreams - A son of Fulgrim who abandoned the this reality to seek the pleasures only found within the dreaming subconscious. But She Who Thirsts calls him forth to deliver her wrath upon the material world again and again.

Cassandra Von Karstein - Librarian Matron of the Daughters of the Dragon: a cold and ruthless commander who hematurgic powers can boil the blood of a foe where he stands.

Lady Eurydice (Commander Dante proxy) - Grand Mistress of the Daughters of the Dragon and Protectress of the Constelation of Draco. It was by her order that the hematurgic witches of the planet Ecsedi Prime took the geneseed of the destroyed Voivodes chapter and by means of their blood magic, transferred it into themselves, creating a new chapter of female Astartes: Daughters of Sanguinius to avenge his fallen sons. Threatened on all sides by Tyranid Hive Fleet Polyphemus, Nnumerous chaos warbands, and Aeldari of Biel-Tan Craftworld and Necrons of the Prosehk Dynasty who each claim the worlds of the Ecsedi star system as their own, the Daughters of the Dragon and their Mistress sate their endless blood hunger upon them all.
