This is so plainly pointless and destructive—turning off the data feed from critical hurricane satellites—that I assume it's to set up another theft of government data. E.g., the data will be given only to Palantir or xAI or whatever, and meteorologists will need to pay exorbitant fees for it.

Religion was mankind's first foray into the sciences of understanding why we and everything exists. Praying is the same as thinking, searching for an answer. Our society is evolving past old traditions but it digresses when people find a reason to hate.

My mom went off dialysis a month ago and she's slowly slipping away. Its been a long, sweet goodbye for family and friends. Today she is picking out her obituary picture and final attire. All of us kids have a favorite photo of her so she's picking it out.
