📊 Black infants and Southern state residents saw the largest mortality increases. In states with bans, Black infant mortality was 11% higher than expected in the absence of bans. ⚠️ Bans had the largest impact on Black families who already faced a higher-than-average infant mortality rate pre-Dobbs.
