A context-sensitive road map for #MentalHealth system scale-up indicates that governance, supervision, referral pathways, monitoring, and local adaptation are necessary for sustainable implementation. ja.ma/4hqhhyY
Flowchart: 4-step program scale-up. Starts with Local Context. Steps: 1) Assess needs & readiness (Governance, Workforce, Safeguards), 2) Codesign/adapt, 3) Integrate/expand (via clinics, community, faith groups), 4) Institutionalize/sustain. Ends with 6 Accountability Indicators.
