Honored to donate full month of May author royalties from Otherwise Wretched to Columbus Humane. A wonderful organization. A theme of this collection is the intersection of the animal-world and humans during difficult circumstances for both.

Celebrate Indie Bookstore Day Saturday by supporting our small independent presses! It took an indie press (Catamount) to take a flier on this one. Rural and raw wrapped in truth. Love me some small presses!

Lots of questions about the role of animals in Otherwise Wretched. Think the intersection of humans and animals during some wretched times. An homage to the animals among us.
